1.Acceptance

These terms govern your use of www.daguteck.com. By using the site or sending us an enquiry you accept them. If you are using the site on behalf of a company, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that company.

2.No offer, no guaranteed stock

Product descriptions, specifications, drawings and prices shown on this site are provided for general information. They do not constitute a binding offer. A contract is formed only when we issue a written pro-forma invoice or order confirmation that you accept, and that document governs the transaction.

Specifications may change as products are revised. Confirm the exact part number, revision and datasheet with our sales desk before you place an order.

3.Compatibility statements and third-party trademarks

Where we state that a product works with equipment of a particular brand, that statement describes interoperability only. It is not a claim of certification, licence, sponsorship or partnership, and it does not mean the product is an original part of that brand.

• Cisco, Cisco Nexus, Huawei, Juniper, Arista, HPE, Dell, Extreme, Mellanox / NVIDIA, Broadcom and other brand and product names are trademarks or registered trademarks of their respective owners.
• Dagu Intelligent is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or authorised by any of those companies.
• We do not sell rebranded original equipment and we do not use third-party logos on our products or packaging unless you supply artwork and confirm you have the right to use it.

Compatibility should always be verified against your own hardware, software version and network configuration before deployment. Our team will help you check this during the quotation stage.

4.Export control and sanctions

Our products may be subject to export-control and sanctions laws, including those of the People's Republic of China, the United States (Export Administration Regulations) and the European Union. Orders may be subject to end-use and end-user screening before we accept them.

By ordering you confirm that you will not export, re-export or transfer the products in violation of applicable law, and that neither you nor the ultimate end user is listed on any applicable denied-party or sanctions list.

5.Intellectual property

The text, layout, images, product photography and the Dagu Intelligent name and logo on this site are owned by us or used with permission. You may view, print and share pages for your own business evaluation, but you may not copy site content for commercial reuse, or remove or alter any notice.

Product photographs show our own products. Where a photograph incidentally shows equipment bearing another party's markings, that appearance is incidental and does not imply any relationship with that party.

6.Samples, testing and warranty

Where samples are supplied for evaluation, they are supplied for testing purposes and remain subject to the terms stated in the quotation. Warranty scope, period and remedies are set out in the applicable order confirmation or separate warranty statement; nothing on this site extends that warranty.

7.Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data arising from use of this site or from any quotation made on the basis of information published here.

Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence and for fraud.

8.Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, excluding its conflict-of-laws rules. The parties will first try to resolve any dispute through friendly negotiation; failing that, the dispute will be submitted to the competent court or arbitral body in Wuhan, Hubei Province, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing. The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods applies where relevant and not otherwise excluded.

9.Changes to these terms

We may revise these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
